PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGEMENT
Whatever the type of project, to deliver a project within time and budget is the most important goal of any (project) organization. The KPIs ‘time versus budget’ are the most important elements within PCM to assess the status of a project.
Presenting a substantiated and correct perspective with an accurate forecast is required and necessary to be able to make the right decisions and possibly adjust the strategy. This means that correct and complete input is required to be able to draw the correct conclusion. Our consultants are able to challenge this input. Whether or not a project is successfully delivered depends, among other things, on reliable input and forecasting.
Within project controls management we are actively involved with Scheduling & Cost Control. For example, we are responsible for developing, managing, maintaining and updating schedules and providing usable (project) management information. We deliver reliable (fully integrated) schedules that are ‘fit for purpose’ for every type of project.
